Shipping
Shipping is calculated by location and weight of the products. Please wait 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once you receive your tracking information please wait up to 2 business days for your tracking to initiate. COVID-19 may cause shipment delays.
Delivery times are estimations only and are absolutely not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once in the hands of the shipping services, arrival times are out of our control and effectively in the hands of the courier services.
We commit to doing everything we can to process and release orders in a timely manor but cannot be held responsible for circumstances that remain out of our control.
Redirecting
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. Printdfit is not responsible for miss-shipments due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns / Exchanges
We will accept returns purchases from printdfit.com in their original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You have 10 DAYS from your date of delivery to qualify for a full refund. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.
Printdfit reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense.
Once printdfit has received your return, allow for 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. You will receive email confirmation that your return has qualified for a refund and that a refund has been issued.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Send an email to printdfit@gmail.com that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reason for return. We will email you a confirmation with our return shipping address and instructions.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility and shipment of the exchange back to them.
Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all tags attached.
Wholesale
All purchases made at a discounted price are final sale, and cannot be refunded or returned.
